Many flower websites you find from out of state are order-takers. They collect your money, keep a cut, and pass the order to a shop in town that builds something close to the picture with whatever is left of the budget. The arrangement that turns up at the door is often smaller than the one you paid for.
When you order from us directly, there is no middle step. The price you see in our shop is the arrangement we build, by hand, here in Fredericksburg. The person who answers the phone works in the shop where your flowers are made, so a question gets a real answer rather than a ticket number.
We deliver same day to three ZIP codes: Fredericksburg (78624), Stonewall (78671) and Willow City (78675).
Harper (78631) and Doss (78618) are further out, so we deliver there on a next-day basis. Order today and it goes out on the next delivery day.
We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, funeral homes and event venues. We do not offer pickup, so every order is delivered. If you are not sure whether an address falls inside our area, call (830) 251-6685 before you order and we will tell you straight away.
Our same-day cutoff is 1 PM Central time. That is 2 PM if you are on the East Coast, noon in Mountain time, and 11 AM in California. Orders placed after the cutoff go out on the next delivery day.
We deliver Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, so an order placed on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday arrives on Monday. If the date matters, such as a birthday that falls on a Sunday, schedule it for Saturday and say so on the card.
You can book a delivery up to six months ahead. For anniversaries and birthdays you already know about, ordering early takes the deadline off your mind entirely.
Every arrangement in our shop shows its price. Delivery is a flat $15.00 to any address we cover, and Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies to the flowers and the delivery. You see the full total before you pay, and payment is taken securely online.
There are no service fees or hidden handling charges. If you want something bigger or more specific than the shop shows, call us or use the Custom Order form. We build custom work to your budget and send an invoice afterwards.
The recipient's full name and street address. Ranch addresses out here can be hard to find, so add any gate code or directions in the address line.
A phone number for the recipient. It helps our driver if the house is hard to find or nobody answers the door.
Where they will be. For a hospital, give the room number. For a business, give the name of the company. For a funeral home, give the service date and time so the flowers arrive before the family does.
Your card message. We write every card by hand. Sign it with your full name if there is any chance the recipient knows more than one person with your first name. Our sympathy flowers guide has help with the hardest messages.
